In this class, we'll teach you the simple techniques to make two pasta shapes: orecchiette and pici. We'll guide you every step of the way, making the process easy and fun. By the end of the class, you'll feel confident in your pasta-making skills! The class lasts two hours, followed by a one-hour tasting  session where you can savor your culinary masterpieces and share your experience with fellow pasta enthusiasts
